Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your Plyboo Puzzle to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, you will need to provide your proof of purchase, and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all pieces and components. Your item must be returned to us in its original (or comparable) packaging, using a shipping method that provides confirmation of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@modpuzzle.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: Smith & Fong Plyboo, 394 Bel Marin Keys Blvd., Ste. 6, Novato, CA 94949, USA. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Return Authorization Number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your Mod Puzzle promptly upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, or have any missing pieces or components. Contact us at customerservice@modpuzzle.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For more information on the warranty covering the Mod Puzzle, please see our FAQ.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancelations

You have the right to cancel your order prior to shipment, or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all pieces and components, and in its original (or comparable) packaging. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@modpuzzle.com.
